Welcome to TSTA Compliance Online! The TSTA Compliance system is designed to assist locals in meeting the needs of their members. Compliance is composed of two parts - the first is chartering, and the second is local planning.
Chartering documents are due every year on August 1st; the required documents that are due at this time are outlined in the TSTA Bylaws as the minimum requirements for all locals. Entry-level compliance status for being considered a chartered TSTA local is "Functioning."
Chartered locals are recognized by TSTA Bylaws. Chartered locals are eligible for a different rebate amount based upon (a) compliance status, (b) market share, and (c) if the local has an exclusive consultation agreement.
Local Planning documents are due twice a year on August 1st and February 1st. These documents are designated a status per the process outlined in the TSTA Bylaws. The advanced status designation of "Active" or "Full-Capacity" is available for locals that engage in a formal planning process.
TSTA Compliance Online will guide you step-by-step through the annual compliance process, showing the required documents for your local's Charter Application (for entry level status as a chartered TSTA local). Sign in using this portal to complete and monitor progress of your local's annual charter application.
